We currently sell our cheeses to over 150 locations across the northeast. You can find the list in the “Where To Find Us” section of the menu. You can see what farmers markets or events we will be in over the weekend, all of the retail locations and restaurants we are currently selling to and the distributors that get our cheeses out to all of these amazing places!
That’s great! Head to the “Where to Find Us” section and you can click the Distributor Button on the top of the page. That will take you to a list of some of the distributors we use throughout the area that can get cheese to you! You can also click the direct with us button to email us directly about picking up our cheeses at the farm.
The short answer: No. There are a few reasons for this but our main reason is based off of our mission. We are practicing what we preach, therefore we encourage you to support your neighborhood farmers and makers. We believe in supporting local, shipping cheese across the country is the opposite of that. If you are ever in our neck of the woods, reach out to us and we’d be happy to help you get our cheeses!
Although you may have seen Rascal as a raw milk cheese back in the day, we decided to switch our line of cheeses over to Pasteurized back in 2019. We do this as an added safety precaution because we pick up from different dairies and transport it to the farm ourselves. If you’re worried about the flavor of your cheese after pasteurization, there is no need to fret! You will still taste the differences from season to season because our farmers main goals are to create the best life for their cows. That means lots of pasture for grazing, a diverse diet and lots of love!
Of course! We work out of Churchtown Dairy in Hudson, NY. Their farm store is open to the public and you can come down the hallway and watch us make cheese. Our schedule is typically Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays making cheese but there is always someone in the creamery either washing and sanitizing, salting wheels of cheese or turning batches we just made.
Cheese boards are one of our favorite things to do for customers! Our sizes range anywhere from 6 people platters to 200 person grazing tables for weddings and fundraiser galas. Hit the contact button in the menu and reach out to us about dates, times, number of people and pricing. We usually respond with 24 hours.
Yes! We host a variety of public and private Cheese and Wine Pairing Workshops throughout the year. Whether you are a local winery interested in a collaboration, a retail shop who would like a class hosted at your location or a private tasting for a birthday party/girls night, email us for dates, times, location and pricing. We usually respond within 24 hours.
